1. Order Placement
Customers place bulk orders online from our website.
Prices are updated daily based on mandi/market rates.
Minimum order quantity is set (e.g., 20-50 kg or 1 crate, depends on product).
2. Packaging & Preparation
Use plastic crates, sacks, or cartons depending on the item.
Sorting & grading before packing (A-grade, B-grade).
Label crates with customer name, quantity, date for easy pickup.
3. Pickup by Customers / Transporters
Customers send their own truck, tempo, or pickup van.
Loading staff helps in quick handling to avoid spoilage.
Option to coordinate with third-party transporters (if customer requests).
4. Payment Methods
Advance payment (online transfer, UPI, bank).
Credit terms only for trusted bulk buyers.
Invoice generated for every order.
Limited reach (buyers must arrange transport)
Return & Refund Process
1. Eligibility for Returns
*Only damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items are eligible for return/refund.
*Returns must be reported within 12–24 hours of delivery (depending on storage life).
*Items must be in original packaging (if applicable) and unused.
*Bulk orders: At least 10% of consignment must be defective to qualify for a return request
2. Non-Returnable Items
Items damaged due to improper storage by buyer (e.g., not refrigerated).
Produce that has been partially consumed or processed.
Products past their shelf-life or expiry.
Discounted or clearance stock (sold as-is).
3. Return Request Procedure
Buyer must raise a complaint via app/website/WhatsApp with order details.
4.Proof required i.e. all claims require clear photographic or video evidence showing the defective or damaged product. Please include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
5.Inspection
All returned items are subject to inspection and approval by our quality control team.
6.Refund: A credit will be applied to your account for future purchases or to your original payment method.We will refund you within 12-24 hours once all processes are complete. The refund processing timeline may take 7-10 business days, depending on recipient bank. In cases where only a portion of the product is affected, a partial refund may be issued and in the same way as before we mentioned
